BauBuche is a regional beech laminated wood product manufactured by Pollmeier using a cost-effective, state-of-the-art process. It allows 3-mm-thick rotary-cut veneer to be glued either parallel to the grain or cross-grain, and then processed into substrates, sheets, or panels.

Thanks to its exceptional mechanical strength, BauBuche allows for the creation of elements that are significantly thinner than those made from softwood. BauBuche panels are available only in a non-visible grade and are recommended only for applications where they are only partially visible. Thanks to cost-effective manufacturing technology, BauBuche structures are therefore priced on par with structures made from standard softwood products.
